We hope that you are enjoying your summer so far! We are getting the school ready for next year and we are really excited for what is to come. In order to ensure a smooth start to the school year, we want to remind you that you're required to complete your student's registration prior to the first day of school, Monday,  August 12, 2024.

Please follow these instructions to complete your student registration:

If your student has been enrolled in CCSD prior to the 24-25 school year, you will need your application number, proof of address (power/gas/water/lease/mortgage) and your photo ID. You can find the correct application here:




If your student is new to CCSD, you will need to provide your application number, student's original birth certificate, immunization records, proof of address (power/gas/water/lease/mortgage) and your photo ID. You can find the correct application here:






Once you've completed the Online Registration Application and have your documents ready please submit this Google Form to complete your registration:




Please note: Incomplete or missing registration documents will not be accepted and will result in your registration being incomplete.
